Stefan Junker 592fc1a4c3 profiles: add default startup profile activating agent-principles 
Why:
- A shared, always-active startup profile makes the agent-principles workflow the
  default across sessions instead of relying on per-project wiring.

Changes:
- Add profiles/default.md instructing sessions to treat `agent-principles` as
  always active, follow its workflow/quality rules, and use more-specific skills
  when the task clearly matches.

This repository is a collection of Agentskills.

I currently link to this repo from ~/.codex/skills. If it turns out to be an issue that agents know about all skills in every project, I will try to figure out a more selective approach in the future.
